Is the price really locked?+
Yes. Your flat rate is locked as long as the inventory you gave us is accurate. We confirm it with you by phone before move day, so there are no surprises.
What if my inventory changes?+
Just tell us. If you add or remove big items, we'll re-quote before move day — never on the curb with your stuff on the truck.
How does free storage work?+
On 2-bedroom and larger moves, your first month in a partner storage unit is free. A minimum 3-month storage term applies; months 2 and later are billed at the regular rate. Available for Apartment, Condo and House moves requesting 3+ months. Contact us for full details.
